 Picture Vakanties was created by Fredi Meijerink. Soon, Helma Kinds became the helping hand. We both have followed a study to become a nurse for mentally handicapped at Mariencamp at Rolde. We have experience in the multiple disability-cares. After working at Mariencamp, Fredi worked in family situations to assist parents with the care taking of their child. And after that at a crèche for children with a rational limitation. After the care for disabled-persons, Helma went to work with elder people, nursing and at the day centre.
We find it important that each person, regardless of their limitation can choose a holiday. Trough this way we like to work on that. By actively searching for new opportunities, approaching these and placing them on our website. And show all these opportunities at fairs where we are standing with our holiday stand.
Our offer consist of care travel, group accommodations, holiday homes, campsites, hotels, holiday travels ,care holidays, travel organisations for disabled-persons, school trips for special education enz.. Inland and abroad. The holidays are suitable for people with a physical, rational and mental limitation and/or chronicle disease, and we also think about seniors.
In the Netherlands we have many holiday homes, group accommodations, hotels and care hotels, which are being watched on our site. We made contact with most of the travel organisations
