The 100 year-old traditional Istrian residence, which has been renovated and equipped in a modern way, whilst keeping intact its rural architecture, creates a comfortable living environment. Two apartments are also equipped for persons with disabilities and special needs. The Department of the Economy has awarded this unique estate for vacations and holidays a 4 star rating.

Its position with beautiful panoramic views extending to the sea, are perfect starting points for excursions inland or to the Adriatic coast only 15 km away. Pula, Rovinj, and Poreč are all located in close proximity.

Description
Apartments -  1 person or 2 persons
The 40 m2  living space offers a spacious bedroom with a large bathroom as well as a kitchen with a table and a comfortable terrace. Suitable for 2 persons.
Both apartments are equipped to a standard level to cater for persons with disabilities who have special needs.

Residential house -  maximum 4 adults with 4 children or maximum 6 adults with 2 children
100m2  living space is ideal for 4 adults and 4 children. The two double rooms have ensuite bathrooms.
The children's room is equipped with bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom. Also included is a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining room and a comfortable living room. A furnished terrace allows for outside entertaining.
A separated modern playground area for children offers them variety.

Restaurant
In our cosy “Konoba” we serve refined dishes. We are not a public restaurant, the premises are exclusively available to our guests. Therefore, we do not have continuous working kitchen.
