Residence Cleo is a newly constructed elegant building, located at 400 mt from the centre of Lido degli Estensi, in front of the new touristic port "Marina degli Estensi", on the Adria Coast of Lidi di Comacchio, in the hearth of the Po Delta Park.

Thanks to its charming location and to the comforts of its 37 apartments, Residence Cleo is an ideal holiday place for families with children and for young people, who like having fun.

Our well equipped apartments are situated from the ground floor to the fourth floor and can accommodate from 2 to 6 people.

Every three-room-apartment is provided with a big terrace with barbecue, air conditioning and heating system, security safe, TV Colour 32" with foreign channels, Wi-Fi connection, kitchenette with microwave oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

Disabled three-room apartment with 6 beds:

Living room with sofa-bed, kitchenette with microwave oven, fridge with freezer, moka and water boiler, dish washer, washing machine; double bedroom, bedroom with three single beds (or combined as one single and one double bed; 90 cm. minimum space next to the bed); bathroom with accessible shower (shower seat 50 cm), handles around the toilet (space around toilet: 80 cm. on the left, 40 cm. on the right , 100 cm at the front, 50 cm between toilet  and sink) and accessible sink with adjustable mirror; big terrace with barbecue, table and chairs; air conditioning, satellite television with pre-programmed channels, safe, free Wi-Fi.

Our Residence hasn't got any barriers: all entrances are accessible (minimum width of doors is 80 cm); with the elevator (door's width 90 cm, interior 220 x 120 cm.)You can reach all floors; fitness room, wellness and pool are accessible to wheelchairs too; pool toilets and showers are well equipped for disabled too; the private parking in the courtyard of the residence has got handicapped spaces. 

A JOB wheelchair is at Your disposal.
